TWO EASY PRINCIPLES TO GIVE A MASSAGE
HOW TO GIVE A MASSAGE TO YOUR BELOVED PERSONS WITH THESE TWO BASIC PRINCIPLES

I show you 2 boomerang principles to give your partner and loved persons a massage that helps them to relieve muscle tension and stress.
Why 2 boomerang?
These principles they have one way to go, then, they return to de beginning doing the opposite.
Principle 1
Massage going from the general to the particular
The general
My partner’s back hurts, the pain concentrates in the upper area, between the shoulder blades, and the shoulders. The massage starts by giving passes all over the back from the neck area down to the buttocks area. I use the palm of my hand trying to get as much contact surface as possible. I keep doing this massage technique during 1 – 3 minutes.

The particular
I focus on the painful area: I massage circles with my fingertips, except my thumb, describing small circles autwards. When this entire area is finished with this manipulation, i move on to kneading, wich consists of embracing a large amount of muscle mass with the palm of my hands and fingers, making a clamp between the thumb and the other fingers.

The general
I give a massge for a couple of minutes with my forearm all over the back, finishing with a venous cleaning maneuver, using my hands from the center of the back to outwards up to seven times through all the back.

Principle 2
Massage from the superficial to the deep: massage from less pressure to more pressure
Superficial
When I start with the massage I don’t make any pressure. I just move my hands gently making as much contact as possible.
Deep
After 5 minutes of giving massage without pressure I star adding a little pressure . I go from 0 pressure to 1, then go to 1 to 2, etc. I never go from 0 pressure to 8 pressure. Never go to 10 pressure, if you go so deep you can maybe cause an injury.
Superficial
After a few seconds i return to less pressure, little by little until I return to 0 pressure.
I finish with a venous cleaning maneuver, using the hands from the center out repeating up to 7 times.
